Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations received prior to April 1st, 2012 will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be made after April 1st, 2012. Written cancellations must be sent to Armada Health Care, 100 Campus Dr. Suite 102, Florham Park, NJ 07932 Attn: Chris Benz, Marketing Director.
